About The Bowery

The Bowery was established in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley in October 2003. Taking its name from a street in New York City infamous for its speakeasies and gin joints during prohibition, we set about to create a cocktail bar reminiscent of this era. Complete with live jazz during the week and some of Brisbane's finest DJs on the weekend, we invite you to come and experience a bar the way it used to be.

By using only the finest spirits, freshest ingredients and by pressing daily all our citrus juices, our aim was and is to this day, to meticulously care about the quality of every product going out to our clients.

Some differences:

• We press all our citrus juices daily
• We adhere to the oldest and therefore original recipes for each of our drinks
• Our first pour spirits are all of the highest quality
• With full time bartenders we ensure consistency and constant training
• We will never serve pre-mixed drinks
• All our produce is sourced daily to guarantee the freshest and highest quality products going in your drinks.
